Drass Silicone Oral/Nasal Mask for use with Reclaim System

The oral/nasal masks have the following main functions: ○ Reduce the risk of CO2 breathing that could accumulate inside the Diving Helmet

• Isolate the respiratory system of the diver from the environment of the Diving Helmet
•  Reduce the drowning possibility and allow the diver to breath in a possible closed circuit maintaining the possibility of communication as if he was on the surface.

The Oral/Nasal mask is manufactured using non-allergenic silicone. Most of the oral-nasal masks dedicated for underwater use were made of latex, this not being a hypoallergenic material and have been prohibited and replaced by non-allergenic silicone oral/nasal masks.

• Dedicated Design. ○ The Mask for Reclaim System use has been designed, engineered and manufactured in order to be used together with Gas Reclaim System, maximizing the Gas Reclaim process - in terms of safety and operational performances - during saturation diving in combination with Gas Reckaim Back Pressure Regulator and Second Stage Balance Regulator.
• The Mask for Air System use has been designed, engineered and manufactured in order to be used together with Air System Diving Helmets, maximizing its functionality in terms of safety and operational performances in combination with Second Stage Regulators.

The Oral/Nasal masks have been engineered and manufactured with specific reference to the thickness, aimed at guaranteeing its proper sealing function without comprimising its ergonomics.

The masks have been subject to off gas test, which gave positive results. Tests have been developed according to a standard test program, settled in accordance with the DNV-GL diving rules, thus Drass has issued an internal report satisfactory for DNV-GL.
