The
Customer shall thoroughly inspect the received goods upon receipt and
notify Drass Galeazzi SrlU in detail if any defect is found within 2
days. The notification must be made in writing to Divehive.com
In
case the Customer fails to make such a notice, the goods will be
considered accepted and compliant with the order requirements. If the
complaint is unfounded, the Customer shall compensate Drass Galeazzi
SrlU all the expenses incurred in the investigation.
In case of
delivery of defective goods the material as well as the shipping
carton shall be taken. Drass Galeazzi Srlu shall be immediately
notified in the way and time as mentioned above. All products
packaging, padding and paperwork must be retained to ensure any
damaged shipment claims. If the original packaging padding and
paperwork are not retained the buyer will assume full responsibility
for damages. Do not return damaged or broken merchandise to Drass
Galeazzi SrlU unless you receive a return authorization. Drass
Galeazzi SrlU will be bound to repair or replace the goods or refund
the amount already paid.
